I have the honour to enclose herewith, for the information of Your Excellency a copy of the letter of proceedings of the Linnet, which ship returned to this port yesterday evening from cruising from Aarlem Bay, after her endeavouring to trace the junks and the men concerned, in the piratical attack on the S.S. Namow on the 10th instant.
